Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid residential address is required for all deliveries to ensure secure and timely shipping.
What size should I order?
* NECKLACES – All sizes are indicated in inches and include both the CHARM + CHAIN combined length. You can use a string and measure your desired length before ordering.
* RINGS – If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend getting your finger sized at any local jewelry store or department store. It only takes a few minutes.
The most reliable way to determine your ring size is by visiting a jewelry store and having it professionally measured.

Are the products allergic ?
✔️ Our products are Anti Allergic. We never use dyes or harmful chemicals on the products for human. Your orders produce with real solid 14k/18k gold and stamped/hallmarked.
Can I cancel my order after placing the order? / Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
✔️ You can cancel your order within the first 12 HOURS after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items.
Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my business.
